How can I subscribe to STM Journals?
Subscribing is simple: 1. Visit our Journal List to select your titles. 2. Complete the
online subscription form. 3. Choose your type: Print, Online, or Print + Online. 4.
Complete payment via the secure link sent to your registered email.
What are the subscription rates?
We offer competitive pricing with flexible options. Pricing is based on the type
(Individual vs Institutional) and format. Detailed information is available on our
dedicated 'Subscription Rates' page.
What types of subscriptions are available?
We provide Individual Subscriptions (for researchers/students) and Institutional
Subscriptions (for universities/organizations). Formats include Online, Print, and Combo
(Print + Online).
Do you offer trial subscriptions?
Yes. We offer trial access to institutions considering a subscription. Contact our Sales
Team at [email protected] to set up a trial period for your institution.
Can I subscribe mid-year?
Yes, however, please note that all subscriptions are based on the calendar year (January
to December). Mid-year subscribers receive all back-dated issues for the current year.
Access & Technical Support
Can I access journals online?
Yes. Individual subscribers receive login credentials (username/password) upon
subscription. Institutional access is granted seamlessly via IP Authentication for all
campus users.
I am having trouble accessing journals. What should I do?
1. Check your login credentials. 2. Ensure your institution is within the registered IP
range. 3. Clear your browser cache. For further help, contact technical support at

How do I claim a missing online article?
If a specific article is not appearing, please email [email protected] with the
Journal Title, Volume, and Issue number. We process online article claims within 5
business days.
Can I access journals offline?
While the portal requires an internet connection, all subscribed articles can be
downloaded in PDF format for offline reading and research.
How do I reset my password?
Visit the Subscriber Login page and click 'Forgot Password'. A reset link will be sent
to your registered email address instantly.
Claims & Shipping
What should I do if I miss a printed issue?
Claims for missing or damaged issues must be made within 6 months of the publication
date for domestic orders, and 90 days for international claims. Submit claims via the
'Ticket' section of your Dashboard.
Are all missing issues eligible for replacement?
Replacements are provided for issues lost in transit or received damaged. However, we
cannot provide free replacements for issues lost due to incorrect address information
provided by the subscriber.
How are printed copies delivered?
We deliver printed copies directly to your doorstep. Domestic orders are sent via
Registered Post/Courier. International deliveries may take longer due to customs and
postal services.
Librarian & Consortia Services
How can librarians manage subscriptions?
Librarians have a dedicated hub with access to COUNTER-compliant usage reports, MARC
records for catalog integration, and promotional materials (posters/banners) for
patrons.
Are there any discounts for bulk or consortia subscriptions?
Yes. We offer site-wide access, multi-site access, and concurrent user models. Contact
our Consortia Sales Team at [email protected] to discuss customized packages.
Can we customize the list of journals in our package?
Yes. Institutions can select from our Full Collection, Subject-Specific Packages, or
build a 'Customized Package' by selecting individual journals that suit their research
needs.
Renewals, Discounts & Payments
Do you offer any early renewal discounts?
Yes. Our 'Early Bird Discount' offers 10% off for subscriptions renewed before the
current expiration date.
Are there discounts for multiple journal subscriptions?
Yes. Subscribing to multiple journals at once qualifies for our Multi-Journal Discount
tier. Pricing is adjusted automatically in your Proforma Invoice.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. Refer a colleague and earn additional discounts on your next subscription renewal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers (available upon request), and
PayPal for quick international transactions.

Policies & Terms
Can I cancel my subscription?
Refunds are not available after the subscription has commenced. All subscriptions are
bound by the calendar year (Jan-Dec) terms.
Do you offer Open Access options?
Yes. We support Open Access initiatives through Hybrid Journals and provide specific
Author Guidelines for those wishing to publish OA research.
What is the standard subscription period?
The standard subscription period follows the calendar year, from January to December.
Access rights include all current issues and archives for the subscribed period.
